APPOINTMENTS

A personal appointment can be made with one of our experienced bridal consultants. We want to make your appointment as comfortable as possible, therefore we ask that you keep your guests to a maximum of three. Due to the nature of our business we request that you do not bring children.

WHEN TO ORDER YOUR DRESS

As our dresses are made to order, the lead time for our gowns is between four and six months. However, if your wedding is sooner than this, please enquire as it may be possible to arrange for a rush cut. Please be aware that this may incur an additional charge.

PAYMENTS FOR DRESSES

We require a deposit of 50% of the cost of your dress at the time of ordering. The balance is payable within 14 days of your dress arriving in store. All monies paid are non-refundable.

FITTING AND ALTERATIONS

Once your dress has arrived we will contact you and request that you arrange an appointment. PLEASE NOTE that whilst we can accommodate Saturday appointments, it would be greatly appreciated if you could arrange your fitting for a week day as the studio can be extremely busy on Saturdays, which can be distracting for both you and our seamstresses.

We carry out alterations to your wedding gown in house. All our alteration charges are discussed at the time of purchase.

BRIDESMAID DRESSES

We do have a selection of bridesmaid dresses, however, as our seamstresses focus is on your bridal gown and due to the time taken with these, we are unable to offer an alteration service for bridesmaid dresses. We do have contact details for professionals who can provide this service for you. We do not take any responsibility for alterations carried out elsewhere.

A WORD OF CAUTION

We have heard horror stories of brides who have attempted to save money by buying dresses from abroad, online retailers or other unauthorised sources. Stories include unsatisfactory dresses, poor quality or gowns that simply never arrive. Only by buying from an approved dealer, such as ourselves, are you assured of total quality and service.
